SIGNATURE TECHNIQUE

IEMT - Integral Eye Movement Therapy

The most powerful tool in my practice. IEMT works directly with how traumatic memories and anxious thought patterns are stored - gently reprocessing them so they lose their emotional charge. It doesn't require you to relive your trauma in detail. Clients are consistently amazed by how quickly they feel different.

Works without requiring you to focus on painful memories directly. Particularly effective for PTSD and deeply embedded anxious responses.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Working with the thought patterns and core beliefs that keep anxiety alive - understanding why your mind does what it does, and learning to gently redirect it.

EFT - emotional freedom technique

Also known as tapping

A somatic technique that works with the body's energy system and pressure points to release stored emotional tension. Remarkably effective for anxiety, phobias and stress responses.
