IEMT - Integral Eye Movement Therapy
The most powerful tool in my practice. IEMT works directly with how traumatic memories and anxious thought patterns are stored in the mind — gently reprocessing them so they lose their emotional charge. Flash EMDR
A rapid, gentle form of trauma processing that works without requiring you to focus on painful memories directly. Particularly effective for PTSD, shock trauma and deeply embedded anxious responses
CBT - Cognitive behavioural therapy
Working with the thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours that keep anxiety alive - understanding why your mind does what it does, and learning how to gently redirect it.
EFT - Emotional freedom technique
Also known as tapping — a somatic technique that works with the body's energy system to release stored emotional tension. Remarkably effective for anxiety, phobias and stress responses.
The combination means I can meet you exactly where you are. You don't have to fit a certain shape to get better here.
