mindset coaching
The biggest thing standing between you and the life you want might be the way you're thinking about it.
Coaching for anyone ready to stop getting in their own way.
that’s not a motivation problem
You know what you want. Something keeps getting in the way.
A voice that says you're not ready, not good enough, not the kind of person who does that sort of thing. So you hesitate. You overthink. You wait for conditions that never quite arrive.
That's not a motivation problem. It's a mindset problem. And the good news is that mindset can be changed.
Mindset coaching identifies the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that are quietly running the show — and replaces them with something that actually works in your favour. Practical, personal and when done well, remarkably fast.
does this sound familiar?
You might benefit from mindset coaching if you recognise any of these.
You talk yourself out of opportunities before you've even tried
You set goals and then quietly sabotage your own progress
Your inner critic is loud — and you've started believing what it says
You feel like others are more confident, more capable, more deserving — and you can't shake the comparison
You know logically that you're capable — but you don't feel it
You find it hard to make decisions and trust your own judgement
You're a high achiever on the outside but plagued by imposter syndrome within
You've tried to change certain patterns and keep reverting to old ways
You want more from your life but a quiet voice says you should be grateful for what you have
what is mindset coaching?
Plain English - no jargon.
Mindset coaching works on the thinking patterns, beliefs and internal narratives that shape how you experience life — and how much of it you allow yourself to reach for.
We all carry beliefs formed earlier in life — often so early we can't remember where they came from. Beliefs like "I'm not the confident type", "I always mess things up when it matters", or "it's selfish to put myself first." These beliefs feel like facts. They're not. They're learned patterns — and they can be unlearned.
What looks like a motivation problem frequently turns out to be something much more specific. And much more solvable.
What we work on together
Every client is different. But this is what we typically explore.
Identifying your core limiting beliefs — the stories you've been telling yourself that are no longer serving you
Understanding the triggers that bring out your inner critic or activate self-doubt
Building genuine, grounded confidence — not the performed kind, but the kind that holds up under pressure
Developing new thought patterns and habits that support your goals rather than undermine them
Working through procrastination, perfectionism and the fear of failure or judgement
Strengthening your decision-making and trust in your own instincts
Clarifying your values — understanding what genuinely matters to you and aligning your life around that
Where needed, usingIEMT, CBT, NLP or EFT to address deeper emotional imprints that coaching alone may not shift
Sleep & fatigue
Chronic fatigue makes the inner critic louder. Rest is not a luxury — it's a foundation.
Nutrition & mood
Poor nutrition destabilises mood and motivation — making mindset work harder than it needs to be.
Movement & confidence
A sedentary routine reinforces low energy and low confidence. Movement changes how you feel from the inside out.
If there are physical habits making the mindset work harder, we'll address those too - practically and without judgement.
the mind and body are not separate
Every client is different. But this is what we typically explore.
How you sleep, what you eat, how much you move — all of these have a direct and measurable effect on how you think and feel. My background spans mindset, nutrition and movement — which means I look at the whole picture, not just the thinking.
A coach who has done the work
Mindset isn’t something I read about in a textbook
It's something I had to build — under real pressure, in real circumstances. Facing a serious health diagnosis in my thirties, I discovered that the physical recovery was only part of the challenge. The harder work — and ultimately the more transformative work — was learning to manage fear, uncertainty and the quiet voice that said things might never be the same again.
That experience forged a deep, practical understanding of what it actually takes to change the way you think. With over ten years of experience across mindset, nutrition, movement and emotional wellbeing — and formal accreditation in IEMT, CBT and NLP — I bring both personal insight and genuine expertise to every client I work with.
"I don't just understand what it takes to rebuild your mindset. I've lived it."
what to expect
Everything starts with a free discovery call
A no-pressure conversation to understand what you're working through and whether this feels like the right fit. Sessions are one-to-one, 60 minutes, via Zoom — from anywhere in the world at a time that fits your life.
Most clients work with me over 2–4 months, though we'll discuss what feels right from the very first conversation. The first session often brings clarity and relief in equal measure — simply naming what's been going on has value in itself. From there, each session builds on the last.
what to expect
Everything starts with a free discovery call
Is mindset coaching the same as therapy?
No, though there is some overlap. Therapy typically focuses on understanding and processing the past. Mindset coaching is more forward-focused. Where past experiences are driving current patterns, I can draw on IEMT, CBT or EFT to work at a deeper level.
I've tried positive thinking and it doesn't work. Is this the same thing?
No — and I'd agree with your scepticism. Positive thinking as typically presented isn't grounded in how the mind actually works. Mindset coaching goes much deeper — working on the specific beliefs and thought patterns driving your behaviour, not layering positivity over the top of them.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Many clients notice a shift within the first session or two. Deeper, more lasting change typically builds over 6–10 sessions. I'll always give you an honest picture of what to expect for your specific situation.
Can mindset coaching help with imposter syndrome?
Yes — it's one of the most common things I work with. Mindset coaching is well suited to identifying the beliefs behind imposter syndrome and building a more grounded, accurate sense of your own worth.
I'm quite a private person. Do I have to share a lot?
Only as much as feels right. Mindset coaching focuses primarily on the present — what you're thinking now and where you want to get to. Where we use IEMT, the approach is content-free — you don't need to talk through difficult experiences at all.
Is this available online?
Yes. All sessions are via Zoom, from anywhere in the world, privately and conveniently from your own home.
That's not a rhetorical question. It's worth sitting with. And if you'd like to explore what that could look like for you, the first step is a free, no-obligation discovery call.
No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation with someone who would genuinely like to help.

What would change if the voice in your head was finally on your side?
“I came feeling like my own worst enemy. Now I actually trust myself again — my decisions, my instincts, my worth. It's been quietly life-changing."
