Still carrying feelings you can't seem to shake?

IEMT therapy could be the breakthrough you've been looking for.

For those who've tried other things - and still feel stuck.

You’ve already tried so much

Something still feels stuck? That’s exactly what IEMT is for.

You've probably tried talking about it. Maybe you've read the books, done the journalling, even seen a therapist. And yet something still feels stuck — a low hum of anxiety, a pattern you keep repeating, or emotions that flare up when you least expect them.

I understand that feeling more than most. Not just as a coach — but as someone who has sat in a hospital bed wondering how life brought me here, and had to find my own way back. That experience is part of why I work the way I do, and why I take what you're carrying seriously.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy — IEMT — works differently. It doesn't ask you to relive difficult memories in detail. Instead it works with the way your brain stores emotion, gently shifting the grip that old feelings have on you — often in just a few sessions.

What is IEMT?

Plain English - no jargon

IEMT stands for Integral Eye Movement Therapy. It was developed by UK therapist Andrew T. Austin and uses guided eye movements combined with gentle questioning to help you process and release emotional patterns that feel stuck.

Unlike many therapies, IEMT is what practitioners call "content-free" — you don't need to share the details of what happened to you. The process works on the emotional imprint of a memory, not the memory itself. This makes it particularly powerful for women who find it difficult or distressing to talk about past experiences in depth.

You stay fully in control throughout. Many clients are genuinely surprised by how calm the process feels — and by how much can shift in a single session.

What IEMT can help with

IEMT is particularly effective for people who are experiencing:

  • Anxiety and worry that feels disproportionate or hard to explain

  • Low self-confidence or a persistent sense of not being good enough

  • Emotional responses that feel stuck — grief, anger, guilt or shame that won't shift

  • Trauma or distressing memories — including experiences you haven't been able to talk about

  • Patterns of self-sabotage or limiting beliefs that keep holding you back

  • Phobias or fears that are affecting your daily life

  • The emotional weight of a difficult life transition — bereavement, divorce, health challenges or midlife changes

If any of these feel familiar — you're in exactly the right place.

FAQs

Accredited. Experienced. And genuinely invested in you.

Is IEMT the same as EMDR?

They share some similarities — both use guided eye movements — but they work quite differently. EMDR requires you to recall traumatic events in detail. IEMT is more flexible and content-free, meaning you don't need to discuss the specifics of what happened. Many people find IEMT feels gentler as a result.

How many IEMT sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. Some people notice a significant shift after just one or two sessions. For deeper or more complex patterns, 4–6 sessions is more typical. I'll always be honest with you about this from the outset.

Do I have to talk about what happened to me?

No. One of the things that makes IEMT distinctive is that it's content-free. You don't need to share the details of any experience. I'll guide you through the process using eye movements and simple questions about how you feel — not what happened.

Is IEMT available online?

I've tried therapy before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Yes. All sessions are available via Zoom — from anywhere in the world, in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

How is IEMT different from general coaching?

Standard coaching tends to focus on goals, mindset and action. IEMT goes deeper — it works directly on the emotional and neurological patterns that can block progress. Many of my clients combine both: using IEMT to clear what's holding them back, then coaching to move confidently forward.

Because IEMT doesn't ask you to keep talking about the thing that hurt you. For many women who've sat in therapy rooms feeling like they're going in circles — this is the difference that changes everything.

The first step is a free, no-obligation discovery call. A chance to ask questions, share a little about what you're working through and get a genuine feel for whether this approach — and this coach — is the right fit for you. No pressure. No commitment. Just a warm and honest conversation.
