Before we do anything, I learn about you - your history, your goals, any injuries or limitations, and what movement has looked like for you in the past. Then I build something that fits your life. No expensive gym membership needed. No equipment required. Just purposeful, progressive movement that's safe from day one.
Safety & form first
Everything we do is built on correct form. It protects your body, reduces injuries and means ‘tomorrow’ isn’t full of pain.
Your pace, your progress
We build gradually and realistically. No burnout, no injury, no unrealistic expectations. Just meaningful progress.
No gym needed
Your programme works with whatever you have - bodyweight, a resistance band, dumbbells, or nothing at all. I can advise on gym plans or home equipment if needed.

A decade of real experience. Not just a qualification.
I know personally what it feels like to lose your physical strength and have to build it back from nothing. When Crohn's disease stopped me training, I had to start from scratch and find a new relationship with movement. That made me a far better coach. I also hold a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer qualification with ten years of real 1:1 experience behind it.
