Before we do anything, I learn about you - your history, your goals, any injuries or limitations, and what movement has looked like for you in the past. Then I build something that fits your life. No expensive gym membership needed. No equipment required. Just purposeful, progressive movement that's safe from day one.

Everything we do is built on correct form. It protects your body, reduces injuries and means ‘tomorrow’ isn’t full of pain.

When Crohn's disease stopped me training, I had to start from scratch and find a new relationship with movement. That made me a far better coach. I also hold a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer qualification with ten years of real 1:1 experience behind it.
