A decade of real experience. Not just a qualification.
I hold a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer qualification — but what that doesn't show is ten years working 1:1 with hundreds of people, face to face and online, helping them move safely and with real purpose. Nothing generic. Nothing unrealistic. Everything built for you.
And I know personally what it feels like to lose your physical strength and have to build it back from nothing. When Crohn's disease stopped me training, I had to find a new relationship with movement. That made me a far better coach.
