Session information: Brief notes taken during and after coaching sessions to support your programme and ensure continuity between sessions.
Payment information: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment processing.
Email marketing: If you subscribe to our mailing list your email address is stored in Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

We use your personal information only for the following purposes:

Contact details, intake forms and session notes are stored securely in Google Drive, accessible only by Caerey Ball on a password-protected private device
No other person has access to your personal data stored in Google Drive
Email subscriber data is stored in Mailchimp in accordance with their privacy and security standards
Payment data is handled and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards
We take the security of your personal information seriously and take all reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
Client records including intake forms and session notes are retained for 7 years after the end of your programme in line with standard professional practice
Contact enquiries where no coaching relationship follows are deleted within 12 months
Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe
You may request deletion of your data at any time - see Section 7 for details.
6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party except in the following limited circumstances:
Payment processing through Stripe - your payment details are handled directly by Stripe
Email marketing through Mailchimp - your email address is stored on their platform if you have subscribed
Where we are legally required to disclose information to authorities
Where there is a serious concern for your safety or the safety of others - in line with our safeguarding obligations
In all other circumstances your information remains completely confidential.
