How is this different from a generic online course?

t is not generic. The Whole You Method is built from over a decade of real 1:1 coaching work. Every session is personal, guided by Caerey and designed around the whole person — your mind, your body and your life together. Not one thing at a time.


How much time do I need each week?

Around 60 to 90 minutes. The main video session, your exercise and your weekly homework. You work completely at your own pace — no live calls, no fixed times, no pressure.
