Online coaching.

wellness coaching, physical training and trauma therapy

Remote coaching works really well. Wellness clients and therapy clients receive your scheduled weekly sessions over Zoom. You can learn, be supported, be physically trained, coached and receive therapy, all from the comfort of your own home. No more turning up to a session after being stuck in traffic, simply put the kettle on, click on your session link and I’ll be there.

It all starts with a cost & obligation free one-hour consultation to see where you are now, how you’re feeling and what you’d like to achieve.

You then have your own booked in sessions each week. I will also check in with you once a week - think of me as your accountability partner. Someone to talk to about your progress, the highs and lows that week. Plus both my wellness and therapy clients know that they can contact me any day if they need me. I’m always just one message away. Text or I’m on WhatsApp and love to answer any questions you may have outside of your studio time!

We work together on a month-by-month basis. No contracts or tie-in periods. No extra start up fees or cancelation fees. We can start with a time scale that feels right for you and go from there.

Not quite ready to work 1 on 1 with The Wellness Coach? That’s not a problem. Simply take a moment to look through our range of downloadable programmes and enjoy 6 weeks of support, planning, structure and advice in your chosen programme. Each programme will support you through your plan using structured advice, visual images and audio.

After you have completed your chosen 6 week programme and enjoying the achievements, you will have the opportunity to contact Caerey for a free chat about how you got on and how he can further support you.
