Join us for a free online workout

Every Friday we have a free online workout and you are very welcome.

Here are the key facts!

  • Held on Zoom at 11:00am every FRIDAY

  • Open to all experience and fitness levels

  • 30min full body workout with weekly updated movements (got to keep you all on your toes)

  • All you need is you, your device to follow along on, a little floor space, your water and at least one weight of your choice. I’ll be using one kettlebell.

This class really does cater to all fitness levels so just turn up, follow along and do your best and lets end the week well and start the weekend right!
